Ski, Golf, Villa, Borovets, self catering holiday
This self catering villa is offered at a lower rental as it is situated on the newly developing Jack Nicklaus golf course (9 holes and driving range already completed). It is located in a valley overlooking the beautiful Rila mountains, approx 45 minutes drive from Sofia airport, just outside a village called Dolna Banya. You will enjoy some stunning scenery on the 15/20 min drive to Borovets which can also be arranged by daily shuttle bus if required. The villa has been newly furnished to accomodate up to 7 (max), with two double bedrooms, one single and a sofa bed in the living room. The villa is fully heated with a seperate utility for washing machine and a garage for ski/golf storage.

Local Activities
Skiing, snowboarding at Borovets ski resort, mountain biking, fishing and golf (when course finished). The golf course has nine holes completed, a driving range and bar. There is a Church on site and activities nearby include both a flying and horse riding school. Surrounded by the Rila mountains, mountain climbing and walking/hiking are plentiful. For golfers, Inhtiman Golf course is approximately 20 mins away. The nearby Maritsa River is quite abundant with fish and permits are available.
