Property Description

This is a mountain home located above 10,000' elevation. Surrounded by forest, privately situated with wrap around decks and hot tub. The home has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably

Living Area:

The home has an open floor plan on the main level. Area includes great room with vaulted ceilings and wall of windows with a southern exposure, views of the road to Mt. Evans and Echo Mountain snowpark. Sound system and satelite TV. Hearth area with free standing wood stove, all add up to cozy evenings by the fire.

Kitchen Facilities:

Kitchen and dining room open to great room. Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. Dining table sits six comfortably, bar area and game table add additional space for dining.

Outside:

Wrap around decks have covered and uncovered areas. Gass grill and hot tub ensure lots of fun outside. Private deck for lounging. Hot tubbing under the stars is out of this world, you feel like you are right there in outer space.

Suitable for parties up to 8 people. Pets OK with a fee of $25 per pet. Children OK.

Local Activities

Lots of hiking this is the access to back country in immediate area. Lots of four wheeling, snowmobling and jeep trail roads available in immediate area. Fishing on private lakes in the summer months. Ice skating on the lake in the winter. Future home of the Eclipse Snow Park, tenative opening 2009.

Other Information

White water rafting in the summer on Clear Creek. Historic mining area, mining tours, casinos nearby, shopping in Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Indian Hot Springs. Great restaurants in Clear Creek county. Skiing at major restorts within an hour.
