This beautifully located farm villa with large swimming pool, is situated in an olive grove and vineyard with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. With only a five minute walk to the nearest restaurant and only two minutes to a well stocked mini market, there could be nothing more relaxing. Apartment Lucia has 2 doubles and a twin bedroom, a living/dining room with sofa bed and beautiful arched windows, 2 bath/shower rooms and fully equipped modern kitchen. Renovated to a very high standard, the apartment has a private patio. There are 2 other apartments on the farm which can be rented along with Lucia for larger groups of families or friends. These are Maria (2 bedrooms), and the smaller Lisetta,( 2 bedrooms)

Local Activities
Within walking distance are the local tennis courts and the village of Villa Collemandina with its locally renowned restaurants, known for their use of fresh local produce of the finest quality. The Garfagnana area is totally unspoilt and benefits from spectacular scenery as well as being close to the popular city destinations of Lucca, Florence and Pisa. The area is famous for it's fine food. Eating out is great value in Garfagnana, with a full lunch with wine and coffee costing 9/10 euros, and a typical evening main course costing 7-10 euros.
Fantastic pizzas cost 4-5 euros. Touring the hundreds of hill top villages, visiting the local market town of Castelnuovo or wandering the labyrinth cobbled streets of nearby Barga town is also a wonderfully relaxing way to spend the day.
