This luxuriously spacious apartment contains everything you will need for your dream holiday away. The apartment consists of one bathroom with toilet and showering facilities and one large bedroom with beautiful bed linen to ensure you have a wonderful nights sleep.

There is also an open plan kitchen, living and dining area so you can still enjoy each others company regardless of which room you are in. Between the living area and bedroom, there are sliding glass doors, to keep the apartment open and spacious during the day, but to add privacy and intimacy.

The complex has a perfect location, only 7 km from Borovets ski resort, 12 km of the Malyovitsa ski resort, 7 km of Samokov town and 72 km of Sofia.

The complex consists of three four-storey buildings, with a large and well kept garden in front and a parking area at the back. Each of the buildings has its own lift, providing an easy access to each apartment.

The Complex has 24 h. working reception and could provide the owners with information about rent a car agencies, pick up from the airport , ski school services, taxi services , horse riding .

We have luxury apartments with modern furniture in nice warm colors and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need ?a fridge, a ceramic hob and a built-in oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, forks and spoons.

An iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, digital TV and wireless internet are also available in each apartment. They also have large balconies with magnificent views of the Rila Mountains.

A cozy restaurant located in the central building of the complex welcomes the guests with exquisite cuisine and an excellent service in the winter period.

The complex has fitness and massage facilities, a steam bath and a sauna. There is also a ski school and ski equipment as well as a twenty-four-hour security guard.



Beli Iskar is situated in the foot of Musala peak at an altitude of 1130 meters, with an incredible scenery and is the most strategic place in the Rila Mountain.



Many attractive routes start from here to the 2 925 m. high Musala peak ( the highest peak on the Balkan Peninsula ), to Borovets and Malyovitza resorts, the Seven Rila Lakes, Vada, Chakar Voyvoda, Yastrebetz and Granchar chalets and Tzarska Bistritza palace.

The greatest advantage of Beli Iskar is that it is located close to the Rila National Park and its boundary is only 1 km above the village. This is the largest natural reserve in Bulgaria and one of the largest in Europe. It was created to conserve the forest and the subalpine ecosystems, forming a unique natural complex. The total area of the reserve is 12 393,7 ha spreading its territory around Beli Iskar and the Musala summit.

There are many sights in the park. Wild animals and plants can be seen at any time of the year. They are protected by and registered in the Red Book. Tables with benches are made throughout the park, so that tourists can make themselves comfortable. There are special places for fire, which are marked and those who do not keep to the rule are fined. Everyone must not only see this beauty but also protect it.
