Property Description

Adorable big house steps away from the Bear Mt. ski slopes.

It has a pool table, big screen TV with premium channels (like HBO/Cinemax), free high-speed internet with WiFi,

great hiking, near zoo and golf course.

The house is in excellent condition, it has cozy new furniture, and a full kitchen!

Great 425 sq. ft. deck with propane BBQ, lots of patio chairs and two tables.

Living Area:

Room 1 has one king size bed and a fireplace (sleeps 2); and has a PC with free high-speed internet. Room 2 has two bunk beds (sleeps 4) Room 3 - Master Suite/game room, has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), and it includes a billiard table, a wet bar with mini-fridge, and a TV. It also has a private bath with jetted tub, and a balcony with cute bistro set. Large living room with great furniture and high-quality futon (sleeps 2). It has 2 skylights to brighten the room, a big screen TV with premium cable, VCR/DVD/CD player, stereo, and a fireplace.

Kitchen Facilities:

Fully equipped kitchen that can easily serve 12. It has a regular oven, a microwave oven, and small convection oven. In addition there is a toaster, a coffee maker, pancake maker, blender, and a variety of pots and pans. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large dining table.

Outside:

We have a nice yard, and on the back of the yard we have a perfect sled ride downhill that kids and adults would love; many sleds are provided. Great 425 sq. ft. deck with propane BBQ, lots of patio chairs and two tables, across a gorgeous view.. We also provide a couple of bikes. Garage and large private driveway.
