Property Description

Situated approximately 1 hr from Geneva airport in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the school and lake for swimming in summer. About 5 minutes walk to centre of the village. Snow permitting it is possible to ski to and from the chalet.

The chalet was built in 2009 and sleeps up to 16 people in 7 double or twin bedrooms, 5 Bath or shower rooms + WC cloackroom (our other chalet in same small cul de sac sleeps 6-8 in half or 16 in total, contact us for details and availability)

Living Area:

Large main Sitting room with corner Fireplace comfortably furnished with 3 sofas 2 chairs and 2 stools and coffee tables, the dining area has 2 tables with seating for up to 16 people. French doors lead from the dining and sitting areas onto south facing covered Terrace. There is a second sitting room adjoining.

Kitchen Facilities:

American style fully fitted kitchen with floor and wall units, electric cooker & hob, built in fridge & dishwasher, microwave. Also utility room downstairs with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer

Outside:

As well as the Large covered Terrace with tables and chairs, there is an upstairs Balcony from the 2 main bedroom, steps at the side of the chalet lead to an area of lawn. Integrel Garage & outside Parking

Prices shown are per chalet per week and include local taxes, changeover day is Saturday.

There is a 10% discount if booking more than one week OR if you have rented one of our chalets before except for peak weeks ie Christmas, New year or the month of February . (Only one discount per booking is allowed)

Linen and towels are available to hire price £15 per person per week

Shorter stays or midweek to midweek dates are available out of season or out of school holidays.
