Property Description

Our luxury chalet is set in the grounds of the 4 star Katarino Spa Hotel. Situated 8 kilometres from the ski resort of Bansko (complimentary shuttle bus every 15 minutes). Ian Woosnam designed 18 hole par 72 golf course (completion spring 2008) is 3 km away. Furnished to a high standard throughout, the chalet has central heating and a traditional log fire. Step out onto the balcony and walk down the steps into the private south facing garden and enjoy the uninterrupted views over the pine forests and mountains. All facilities of the award winning Katarino Spa are available to guests of our chalet. These include various restaurants and bars, bowling alleys, tennis, table tennis, childrens playground, pool tables, ski hire, fitness suite. The sports centre has both indoor and outdoor pools (heated to 36 degrees), sauna, steam rooms and solarium. This is an ideal location for those who seek luxury at one of Bulgaria’s top skiing and spa resorts. A fantastic all year round destination.

Bansko lies at the foot of the Pirin Mountains. In the summer it is the perfect starting point for both treking and short walks in the Pirin National Park.
Cycling - bikes are available to hire from the hotel.
Horse Riding - the Peri Vollas Horse riding center provides qualified instructors and offers riding lessons for beginners, adults and children.

I must let you know what a fantastic summer break I had in your chalet 41. I cannot describe how wonderful the views were. The hotel was excellent value, unlimited buffet for only £8 and the spa prices were less than half UK price! I enjoyed the Zagorka lager at less than £1 per pint. Chalet and hotel facilities were excellent quality at amazing prices.Regards, Ros Godfrey
