Property Description

A very large Chalet/Apartment house containing seven 4 person apartments and one 13 person apartment, all the apartments benefit from an in house Sauna, shower, solarium rest/fitness area. From the ground floor apartments a spacious terrace with stunning mountain views can be reached via the apartments rear double glazed doors, whilst the upper floors have spacious balconies to savour the outstanding views. The apartments are only 850 metres from the ski lifts, ski school and nursery slopes.

Living Area:

The apartments are well furnished with dining table and chairs plus leather settees. Sky/cable TV is available in all the apartments as is wireless internet.

Kitchen Facilities:

The small 2 to 4 person apartments have well equipped kitchenettes to include a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, grill etc. For large groups booking 3 or more apartments there is a separate dining/kitchen room available free of charge so that your party can all eat together. The apartments have double glazed doors giving access to the rear patio which is equipped with dining table and chairs and sun loungers in summer plus a full size table tennis table.

Outside:

Radstadt/Altenmarkt is in the middle of one of Austria's best and largest ski areas - Ski Amadé is a vast undiscovered ski playground and only a short drive from Salzburg airport. The apartments are near to the shopping mall and town

Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

A returnable security deposit of £50.00 per person is required.

A service charge of £6.00 per person per week is charged to cover the cost of washing and changing bed linen/towels and for hoovering on a weekly basis. The apartments should be left clean and tidy ready for our next guests, if apartments are not cleaned then we reserve the right to charge for the cleaning and offset this against the security deposit.Currently the local cleaning charge is £10.00 per hour.

Payment can be made via cheque to our UK address, bank transfer or via credit card. We have to charge an additional cost of 3.5% for credit card payments to cover the bank charges that we incurr.
