Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, offering 90m2 of accommodation. It has officially been rated 4 stars from the Samoens Tourist Office. The apartment sleeps 6/8 and is located within 5 minute's walk, 300m from the historic centre of Samoens and the numerous restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is a self catered property, although a flexible catering service can be offered here.

Living Area:

The lounge has a sofa bed, further sofa and seating, satellite TV, Wireless Internet, DVD's, stereo, music and games. The apartment dining area has seating comfortably for 8,

Kitchen Facilities:

plus the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and 4 ring oven. Additional facilities include access to a washing machine and dryer. A hairdryer and iron are also provided. Cots and high chairs available on request.

Outside:

The apartment is fully self-contained with its own entrance, and is situated on the top two floors of the chalet. There is ample private parking. In winter the free ski bus stops within 50 metres or the main ski lift is a 12 minute walk. The apartment is situated in square O:8 of the Samoens Village Map. The apartment also benefits from use of a 4.5m/15 foot long swim spa. Great for swimming or relaxation. One end is a jacuzzi with seating, massaging jets and bubbles, while the other end has a series of strong jets, which supply an adjustable current for a proper swim. Heated for all year round use. Apartment Moccand guests have shared use with Chalet Moccand guests.

Just a quick note to say thanks for a wonderful weeks stay at your apartment. Waking up to that view each morning was fantastic and this was by far the largest and most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in on a skiing holiday.
