Property Description
A large, sunny, self contained modern garden/ski apartment sleeping upto 6 people on a self catering basis. French doors lead from the lounge area onto a patio and S.E. facing lawned garden overlooking the pretty village of St. Jean d'Aulps in the Portes du Soleil. The local ski station 'La Grande Terche' and village centre are 5 mins away and just over 10 mins from the town of Morzine with access to Switzerland and the Avoriaz ski regions.
The apartment is very well equipped and insulated throughout and comprises: 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin/double, both with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. (NB: sleeps 4 very comfortably, for a total of 6 people, 2 additional put-up beds will be provided). A shower room with vanity unit, washbasin, walk in power shower and WC. The apartment has its own front door and entrance hall which offers ample space for coats, shoes and boots etc.
All rooms have underfloor heating and wall heaters.
