Property Description

This 105 sq metre ground floor appartment sleeps up to 7 people and opens out onto the garden.

There is also the option of renting the adjacent garden chalet to sleep an extra two people.

All 3 bedrooms have en suite shower facilities. There is a Sauna, Free high speed Wifi, internet TV, Blueray DVD and log burning stove.

There is a fully equiped gallery kitchen with fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine plus a living room with log burning stove which boasts access into the gardens offering views of the breathtaking jagged peaks of the Mont Blanc massif.

This Chalet apartment is well located on the sunny side of the awesome Chamonix valley in a secluded and quiet residential area at the end of a private road, yet it is only two hundred metres by footpath from the shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of Chamonix and a few hundred metres from the local ski areas.

The 1000 sq metres of private lawned gardens are a haven for wildlife such as woodland birds, red squirrels with the occasional visit from badgers and sanglier. They are surrounded by mature trees and hedges above which there are extensive breathtaking and uninterrupted views of both the Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles Rouges mountain ranges.

The Chalet grounds offer private parking for several cars.



We welcome children of all ages and offer a high chair, cots and bottle sterilizer fee of charge.

-Bedroom One offers flexible arrangement, choose from single plus double bed or twin or three single beds. En-suite shower. Doors opening onto the garden with views of the Aiguille De Midi and surrounding mountains to the South of the chalet. Shared WC with Bedroom Two.

-Fully equiped gallery kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, washing machine, fondue sets, kettle and coffee maker.

-Bedroom Two with views of the Aiguille De Midi and surrounding mountains to the South of the chalet. Twin or double beds with en-suite shower. Shared WC with Bedroom One.
-Bedroom Three with views of woodland to the East of the chalet. Twin or double beds with en-suite shower and WC. An extra folding bed is also available for this room.

-Dining room with eight seater table.

-Lounge area with patio doors opening onto the garden. Sofas and TV with selection of dvds and books. Satellite channels available from around the world plus log burning stove for relaxation after a had day in the mountains.

-Free 20MB WIFI throughout the building and into the garden.

-The property offers private parking for several cars in a paved driveway set in 1000sqM of sunny gardens along with barbecue and garden games including table tennis, trampoline, swings and sledges.

-The chalet is strictly non-smoking. Pets are welcome under certain conditions and by prior arrangement.

Further Details

-Please note that departure time is before 10am and arrival time after 4pm. We are happy however to adapt to diverse arrival and departure times on request, so for example, although the property may not be ready before 4pm we still can store bags and offer somewhere to change if you arrive on an early flight and would like to go off skiing. Likewise if your flight is leaving late on your last day we will store your bags before your departure allowing you to fully use the day. For long weekends the last day is included so there is no pressure to leave early.

-The price is inclusive of all power costs, free phone calls and high speed WIFI plus in resort support, meet, greet and check out. The accommodation will be cleaned and beds made with pressed linen before arrival.

-Our chalet is owner managed and contains our owner accommodation so we will be there to meet you and will always be on hand to offer advice and support. We also will be very pleased to share our local knowledge with you.

-We provide an end of stay clean included in the cost of your stay except for the kitchen area, however we thank you in advance for your courtesy in delivering back the chalet in the same tidy and presentable condition at the start of your holiday for the benefit and respect of both the owners and incoming guests.

-To book, please email us at info @alpinelettings.com with the party leaders contact details plus the details of all members of your party and we will prepare and email back a booking contract. We take a 30% deposit and the balance six weeks before departure. (Payment in UK£ or Euros with credit cards by paypal or by on line banking).

This Chalet apartment achieves the near impossible, located an enviable 200 metre easy walk to central Chamonix and all its amenities.

Experience the buzz and energy of the town's cosmopolitan bars, cafes and restaurants before strolling back to this quiet corner of heaven on earth.

Access to all the low level and high level trails either by bike or on foot are on the doorstep. The Brevent Telepherique is five to ten minutes walk, it is five minutes walk from the Aiguille Du Midi and ten to fifteen minutes walk from two of the valleys beginner ski slopes, Les Planards and Le Savoy.

The Mont Blanc Express mountain railway halt and Bus stop are 2 mins walk away giving convenient access to the rest of the Chamonix valley and providing a link with both Geneva and Geneva Airport.

The leisure centre (indoor and outdoor swimming, tennis, climbing wall etc) and famous Guides climbing crag set in Galliands country park with fishing lake, family activities and cafe is 10 mins away. Several other major ski areas such as Courmayeur, Verbier, Megeve/St Gervais, Les Contamines, Flaine/Grand Massif and Les Portes De Soleil are easily accessible as day outings.
