Located in the centre of Cannes on the beautiful Cote d'Azur, this two bedroomed apartment is within walking distance to the Palais de Festival and Cannes beach. Situated in the centre of Cannes, near a fresh produce market, the two-bedroom flat allows you to have an authentic French experience. Also within walking distance are tennis courts, sailing, wakeboarding, water skiing, paragliding, biking and there are golf courses for every level in the area. The croisette (or promenade) is a good place to walk, run, rollerblade or stargaze. The flat is situated close to the Hotel Martinez and Carlton, which have both housed the stars that come to the Cannes Film Festival. Vineyards are just outside of Cannes and offer some good tasting events.

Local Activities
The beautiful white sandy beaches are bordered by the immaculate croissette which is surrounded by hotels and restaurants that host the stars that visit this magnificent area. At the western end of the Croissette the Old Port and Old Town (Le Suquet) with it's quaint traditional restaurants, while the eastern end is home to the new port. Cannes is perfectly situated in the middle of the coast, with St Tropez and Marseille to the one end and Antibes, Nice and Monaco at the other end. Vineyards and golf courses dot the countryside just outside of Cannes.
