Peak weeks Xmas and New Year a 50% deposit payment is required, other weeks a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. Thereafter the booking balance of 70% is due 60 days before arrival.
GBP 100 refundable deposit required to cover possible breakages returned on departure should everything be in order. This is payable on arrival \ on key collection.
10% Discount for last minute bookings less than 1 week before arrival.
5% Discount for long stays in excess of 10 days and 10% Discount for stays in excess of 14 days.
This apartment is also available on a per night basis please divide by 7 for the per night cost.
Minimum duration of stay is 3 nights in Winter and 5 nights in Spring, Summer or Autumn.
Local Activities
Pamporovo's Winter attraction is its excellent ski slopes & apres ski facilities such as ice skating, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Its long ski season runs from December to the End of April.

The ski tracks of Pamporovo have all degrees of difficulty and is particularly well suited to beginners and intermediates having one of the best ski schools in Europe, which is recommended for both beginners and experienced skiers. Highly qualified instructors speaking at least two foreign languages, train beginners both in groups or individually. Specialists will help you to snow board as well if that is your preference.
The ski tracks of Pamporovo have all degrees of difficulty with most tracks starting from the very peak and there is three cross-country runs.
SUMMER - walking, fishing, horse riding, climbing, swiming are just some of the available things to do. For Hiking there are well signed routes and hikers' chalets. Mountain bikes can also be hired locally in order to explore this beautiful region.
