Brilliant Location! Less than 1-min walk to the Gondola Station. Situated on the Ground Floor, this 1-bed, modern, well equipped apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults and benefits from the following facilities:
Lounge/ Diner – Log fire, Sofa Bed, Arm Chair, Cable TV + DVD/ CD, Dining Table + 4 Chairs.
Kitchen – Electric oven and 4-ring stove with extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom – Shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
Bedroom – 2 x single beds, wardrobe.
Ski Locker – Large ski locker located in basement below apartment.
Off Road Parking.
The apartment is heated by electric fan heaters and the log fire.

A £100 refundable deposit will be taken on arrival and returned on departure to cover damages/ breakages etc.
Payment can be made via Web Site, Sterling Cheque or Bank Transfer.
No pets or smoking.
