Property Description
Welcome to the Province of Salzburg and the Pinzgau region. The small village of Bucheben is located in the 30-km, sunny Rauris valley. We are a Dutch family who settled down in this fantastic environment in 2005. Our cosy apartments are nestled in the Hohe Tauern National Park at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level at the foot of the 3105 m Sonnblick.
The slightly unusual name Goldgrube (Goldmine) dates back to the 50's, when the last professional gold washer still lived here. Gold washing championships still take place in the region today. You can try your luck at the Hütwinkl Creek that runs past the house.
Our 40-bed apartmenthouse has 6 different sized apartments for 2 till 13 persons. Due to its flexibility we can host small or larger groups for (family)festivities.
A cozy, all-wood dining room with bar and open fireplace and semi-professional kitchen facilities can be rented as well at such occasions
