Property Description

Nestled in the Austrian Alps, our beautiful house is situated on the outskirts of Mayrhofen in a quiet and sunny spot, enjoying stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We have a huge garden with a private terrace, sun loungers and barbeque facilities for house guests. The self-contained holiday apartment is situated on the first floor.

Kitchen Facilities:

Comfortable kitchen-diner, well equipped with crockery, cutlery, electric hob and oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee percolator, toaster, kettle, Sat TV and seating for 6 persons. Private balcony.

Outside:

Set in landscaped gardens, in typical Austrian chalet style at the foot of the snow sure SkiZillertal3000 ski region. Private entrance with a sweeping spiral staircase leading you to the apartment on the first floor. Convenient heated boot dryer.

Suitability

Ideally suitable for 4 persons, the apartment can stretch to accommodate 6, just be prepared for 4 people to share a bedroom. Ideal for families and snow hungry skiers and boarders. Ideal summer and winter holiday destination.
