Property Description

Kaprun is a great place for a holiday at any time of year. Our self-catering studio flat is located in Kaprun, near Zell am See in Austria. As part of the Zell am See and Kaprun Europa Sportregion all year activities are available including walking, mountain biking, golf, water sports & boat trips on Lake Zell, summer and winter snowboarding & skiing. Ideal for all year lakes and mountains holidays for all ages as excursions and children’s programmes are also available.

Kaprun is in a beautiful mountainous area of Austria, 50 miles from Salzburg with easy access by road, train and bus. Check for late deals.

Living Area:

Combined living/sleeping room - wardrobes & cupboards, dining suite, two single/one double bed (two single beds or put together as one double), as well as a double sofa bed so that each apartment could sleep 4 if needed. Balcony with outdoor furniture - ideal for al fresco eating. Bathroom - with bath & shower over the bath.

Kitchen Facilities:

Kitchen - completely refitted in August & September 2005 including cooker, fridge & microwave, toaster, kettle coffee machine;

Outside:

Lockable storage - in the basement for skis, snowboards and mountain bikes, there is also off road parking. There is a lift in the building.

Suitability

Each studio flat can sleep a family of four 4 as each has two twin beds and a double sofa bed. However if there are 4 adults it will be worth you booking both flats if available.
